His background includes providing commercial appraisals for lending, asset management, proposed development, litigation, bankruptcy, estate settlement, divorce proceedings and other purposes. His clients have included mortgage brokers, bankers, insurance companies, investors, developers, private parties, government entities, attorneys, property owners and other stakeholders.
Brett holds a Certified General appraisal license, CG-4472, and an affiliate broker real estate license (#335169). Brett serves as the chief appraiser and owner of MRG. He graduated from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Finance.
